It is our loss, as a culture, that we limit dreaming to psychological phenomena expressing individual complexes and symbolic communications devoid of their sacred contexts, both individual and collective. However, it is our great gain that prolific dreamer, fine artist, wisdom diviner and psychologist Patricia Gay, through her dreaming and artistry, has collaborated with ancestral and nature spirits to create this collection of luminous masks. It is a great and generous gift to us all, and a reminder of what’s possible in collaboration with the dreamworld. Dreams are messengers from the other world and Pat Gay’s Dream Masks are emissaries bringing messages of love and hope, blessings and community, and illuminated from within.

Individually, in small groupings and altogether, these masks stand as a village of wisdomkeepers, streaming from their dimension to ours through their timeless faces, the specific medicines, messages and visions we need for healing and global transformation.

These spirits of water, fire, nature, mineral and earth call us to our sacred purpose, and to right relationship with all of creation. Let us listen to them with open hearts. And let their medicine heal, their messages inspire, and their visions reveal the unity of the dream we all share, both sleeping and waking.
